Meet the RMRM Team

William E. Faragher

Medical Director & Clinician

Bill and his wife, Jana started Rocky Mountain Restorative Medicine with the goal of owning their own outpatient clinic to be able to best service their community and surrounding region. Dr. Faragher completed his Physiatry/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. He was born and raised in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Bill enjoys skiing, biking and hiking in the mountains. If you know him, you also appreciate his passion for travel!

Jana Faragher

FNPc, DNP, Director of Operations and Clinician

Jana received her Doctorate of Nursing in 2012 and went back to school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has experience in Internal Medicine and occasionally works at Telluride Medical Center. She joined RMRM as a clinician in 2022 and has a desire to help others restore their health. She and Bill have two children and most weekends you will find her driving both kids to all of their sporting events with soccer and downhill mogul skiing.

Raini Crawford

Practice Lead

Raini has worked with Dr. Bill Faragher since day one as his medical assistant when he first moved to Montrose and is now the Practice Lead at Rocky Mountain Restorative Medicine. She has lived in Colorado her entire life. Raini grew up in the Aspen valley and moved to Montrose in 2004 with her husband. While they don’t have any kiddos they do have plenty of animals to keep them busy! They have 2 dogs, 5 cats and 17 horses! Bob, Raini’s husband, owns Wild Mountain Outfitters which keeps both of them busy during the summer and fall months.

Carly Adele Lee

Medical Assistant

I was born and raised on the Western Slope of Colorado and currently live right in Montrose with my husband and cat. I went to IntelliTec College where I received my Registered Medical Assistant Certification and my Registered Phlebotomy Certification and led to my IV Certificate. I enjoy drawing and music along with traveling with my husband. The best part of my job is getting to see a patient’s smile when they start getting the treatment/pain relief they deserve.

Keri Johnson

Medical Receptionist

Keri was born and raised in Broomfield Colorado. There is where she fulfilled all her schooling to include attending Parks Junior College in 2012 to study Medical Terminology. In 2014 Keri moved to the Western Slope where she married Mitch Johnson. In 2019 she enrolled at Tech. College of the Rockies and become a Certified Nursing Assistant. Once she graduated from there she worked for a skilled nursing home before coming to RMRM as our Medical Receptionist. Keri loves camping, fishing, anything outdoors, playing with her Grandkids, her family, friends and loves being a part of RMRM.

Aimee Magnani

Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician

Aimee has been working in the skincare industry for the past 14 years. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she moved to Montrose with her family as a young child and discovered her love for the mountains. At age 10, her family moved back to the east coast and settled at the Jersey Shore. But the mountains were always calling her back home. She graduated with a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and worked in advertising and marketing for years, and then decided to fulfill her dream of returning to Montrose in 2006. She became a licensed Aesthetician in 2008 and has specialized in skincare of all types, as well as expert waxing and eyebrow enhancement. She is also certified in Microdermabrasion and Dermaplaning, and is specially trained in Laser Esthetics. Her passion is to make people feel good about their skin and themselves in general. She enjoys exercising, hiking, skiing, reading and spending time with her husband and two wonderful children.

About 7 or 8 years ago I met with a spine surgeon from Durango, CO to talk about having back surgery. He said I was too bad to do surgery on, but I could have a procedure called Radiofrequency Ablation and that I was very lucky to have one of the best doctors to do the procedure right here in Montrose. Since then I’ve been seeing Dr. Faragher and having the procedure done every six months. He’s wonderful and I think he’s the reason I’m still walking. The nurses at the hospital say “he’s the best” and I think so too. My pain was terrible and now I can have normal days and enjoy life.

For over 35 years I have had to live with chronic pain due to severe nerve damage in my arm. I have had teams of doctors throughout the years, each one reaching their limits unable to reduce the pain. That is until Dr. Faragher. Thanks to his work with pain management and stem cell therapy I have a new chance at life! My pain has gone from a level 8 to a level 2!! I am a new man! Thank you to everyone at Rocky Mountain Restorative Medicine!
